Much has been spoken and much has been done after the unfortunate terror attacks in Uri, Kashmir. IMPPA and MNS have imposed a ban on Pakistani artists and they refuse to lift the ban. The artist who had to face the maximum amount of brickbats is Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan, who has a massive fan following in India too. He was the easy target because he has a big banner project like ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ in his kitty and due to this ban, the movie makers are also facing threats with regards to the release date. It all started with Fawad Khan giving a statement to Pak media that for him country comes first and he did not condemn the terror attacks. That led to a huge topic of discussion and everybody has just been talking about the ban. Also, in the recent turn of events, Fawad was accused of saying some derogatory statements against India which further aggravated the situation. But, it was later discovered that the well-spoken and gentleman Fawad Khan had never said anything against India.
Now, we have come across an official statement from the man himself and not from any other third party. Fawad Khan has cleared the air on this matter and posted a message on Facebook
Now, what does the industry have to say about his statement? Will this too lead to another controversy or will he be forgiven by the IMPPA and MNS? Let’s wait to see what happens next!
