On Thursday, the Bombay High Court granted relief to actor Irrfan Khan and comedian turned actor Kapil Sharma in an alleged illegal construction case in their residential flats. The court has asked the two celebs to not make any sort of structural changes in their premises. The reports also suggested that in spite of being granted relief by the Court, Kapil still continued to carry on with the extension of his structure.

  • Kapil’s lawyer claimed that there was no structural change being made, but only the furniture work is being done up. Since, the BMC neeeds time to reply to the petition filed by Kapil’s lawyer, the court has postponed the hearing by two weeks. Kapil has sent a notice under Section 53 of MRTP Act in reply to BMC’s notice of Section 351 that is pending before the civil court.
