Bollywood hunk John Abraham is all set lend his voice for a song in upcoming action dhamaka ‘Force 2’. The ‘Dishoom’ star has lent his voice to a song ‘Rang Laal’ featuring Sonakshi Sinha. This is the first time in his entire career in Bollywood that John will be crooning a song. Looks like the actor is leaving no stone unturned for Abhinay Deo’s ‘Force 2’ action thriller.
Titled ‘Rang Laal’, the patriotic number that is sung by Dev Negi has the actor voicing the dialogues Sonakshi Sinha is also a part of this song. John used to rehearse before giving the final shot.
Producer Vipul Shah said, “The song reflects the general state of mind in the country – when we’re attacked, we will strike back. It has been sung by a young singer named Dev Negi and features dialogues by John,” adding to that the number was conceptualized by Abhinay and will be a part of the film’s narrative.
Vipul Shah added, “After we finished shooting the film, we wanted to do something more to convey its spirit but in a unique way. We shot the song on a set in Mumbai.”
Along with adding his voice to a song and doing some hi-end stunts, John will also be seen lifting a Mercedes-Benz weighing over 1,580 kg for the sequel.
