Ranvir Shorey and Neha Dhupia starrer mystery thriller flick ‘Moh Maya Money‘ releases tomorrow. If you have seen the trailer, it was full of suspense elements with Ranvir getting engrossed in a big problem and how he and his wife played by Neha Dhupia manage a solution. Let’s find out what happens in the movie.

Ranvir plays the role of Aman, a middle class man who is into real estate, whereas his wife Divya (Neha Dhupia) works in a news channel. Divya feels a bit disconnected from Aman and tries to engross herself in lots of work. Aman’s ambition and greed for money is what drives him to take a big risk. He does a fraud with his own company by taking a big deal to other party. He takes a loan from a goon but unfortunately gets exposed in this scam and ends up losing his job. Now, he has to repay the huge amount of loan and for that he takes another big risk. What exactly does he do? Will his plan succeed? Will his wife Divya support him in this big plan? You will find questions to these answers when you see the movie.

Performance wise, Ranvir portrays his character effectively while Neha Dhupia holds her own. The supporting actor Ashwath Bhatt’s act is also not to be missed. Debut director Munish Bhardwaj has attempted a suspense drama and it is not a fabulous first attempt but fairly okay. The second half gets predictable and that’s where the story loses out on. The editing by Hitesh Kumar could have been better while the cinematography by Arun Varma is okay. Oscar Award winner Resul Pookutty has given a good sound design.

To sum it up, Ranvir Shorey is the reason why you can give it a watch.
